Hey all. I would just like to tell about my recent Otterbox warranty
experience.
I have an iPhone 4S with the midnight blue Otterbox Defender case.
Recently the rubber flap on the bottom has not been closing and so the
charging port is exposed when I'm not charging it. Also, if I squeeze
the top portion of the phone near the sensor, it makes a sort of
snapping sound, like the inner case parts are not fully sealed. I called
Otterbox at 855-688-7269 and was on hole for maybe 1 minute. They are in
Colorado and so are 2 hours behind my time zone. I explained to the rep
what my issue was and he asked a few questions, like which specific
Otterbox case it is, and when I purchased it and from whom. After
answering those few questions and confirming my contact information, he
processed the order and I'll have a replacement case within a week or 2.
I don't even have to return the old current case.
How cool is that? Otterbox is awesome!
