Sorry, I think I forgot a subject line in this message; so I'll start over; no the Jawbone Era does not seem discoverable when I try to pair it with the phone, and I can't figure out if the buttons are working sense there is no way to know if they're pressed, I see a bigger bump between two others on the block but they don't press down.
