Amy,

I think we didn't put ours on very well because later we saw an Apple Store rep 
do it properly and nothing now crinkles it etc.

I personally found I spent my time looking for the dots and found it so 
offputting that I do without;  but I know there are those who really get on 
well with them and find they speed up typing.
