Yes, I had written them way back when they first released it and they answered me a couple of days later saying that they were working on VO support for their next release which does in fact seem to be pretty VoiceOver accessible. Good stuff. I've been a Good Reads member for going on three years now and it's nice to see that their app is blind accessible.
