The best work around I've found is to plug in headphones. It wasn't this way
with my 3GS but is a royal pain with the 4S.

Hi all. I currently have the i phone 4s. I can dial on it to make
a phone call. When the automated system comes on, however the keypad
doesn't speak and I can't imput the numbers that I need in to the phone
to work with the paratransit automated system. Any way to make this work?
