Not sure. I have a few streaming music players on my phone, and that does work though.

Voice Over is tied into the media volume, and I have had this exact same thing happen. Then keep pressing the volume up key until the volume is back to where it needs to be. When I call my cell phone number I can hear the ringer, but when I hang up I still cannot hear VO except through ear phones. Any ideas?
