I have a 4 and it worked just fine.

Subject: using the Chase app to make a deposit

 

Hello,

 

We are trying to deposit a check using the Chase app and are both blind. It
is not working, keeps saying there is an error, and if it persists you may
have to take the check to a Chase branch.

I assume the front of the check has the name, amount, etc.?

What kind of tips can anyone give?

It says to double tap to focus when you take a picture of the front and back
of the check but never says "autofocus" or gives an indication it is
correctly focused so it seems to be just a guess as to whether or not it
works.

 

I have a 3GS and my wife has a 4. We've tried mine only; would the 4 be
better?

Again any tips are greatly needed and appreciated.
