It is not working, keeps saying there is an error, and if it persists you may have to take the check to a Chase branch. I assume the front of the check has the name, amount, etc.? What kind of tips can anyone give? It says to double tap to focus when you take a picture of the front and back of the check but never says "autofocus" or gives an indication it is correctly focused so it seems to be just a guess as to whether or not it works. I have a 3GS and my wife has a 4. We've tried mine only; would the 4 be better? Again any tips are greatly needed and appreciated. Thanks.
