The new podcast app is definitely accessible, and the interface will remind you a lot of the ibooks store interface in some ways, at least. Once you're into the catalog, this becomes apparent. If you go into the top stations tab instead of the podcasts catalog, the interface is accessible but not as streamlined as one might want imho.
