Hi, Unfortunately, there's no such thing. I myself also wish there was, but alas, we have to just press the button and pray that we've held it down long enough. You could plug it into the charger and reboot it, but even that doesn't give you an exact indication of how long you've held the button down for. A feature like that would have to be built into the next version of the phone, since I'm pretty sure it's not something apple can add via an iOS update.
