Hello, The iPhone never confuses commands. This means you are brushing your 3rd finger against the screen without feeling it. Go to Settings, General, Accessibility, VoiceOver, Practice Area and practice the command until you are able to perform it without activating a different command.
Any time you say the iPhone confuses commands, it means you are not performing the command correctly!
