Hi Neil, Amy and Rob,

At this point the " Typed with Fleksy" is not something you can turn off in
the Settings for the app. The word "Fleksy" is actually a link to the app
store page for Fleksy and I agree that the developers should either remove
this or make it an option which can be turned on or off. For right now the
only way to get rid of it is to delete it manually from the email once you
are in the mail app which of course partially offsets the time saving effect
you get from faster typing. As far as Rob's comment about the "Sent from my
iPhone", yes, that is the default signature, but if you don't want to
advertise the fact that your mobile device is an iPhone all you have to do
is go to the mail settings and delete the signature line or replace it with
something like "Sent from my mobile device" or, if you are using a business
account, with your business name and contact information.

As for the email link, this you can easily avoid simply by not filling out
the email field with your address. I certainly would not want a link in my
business email which includes my personal address in that way and, by the
way, if you click on it from within Windows it tells you that it does not
know which program to use and asks if you want to search the web.

The good news is that it seems the developers are fairly responsive and I
hope that if enough people request this that they will implement the
signature as an option and, as I said, not filling out phone number and
email solve the other issue and since putting in that information only
serves the one purpose it certainly doesn't matter if you don't put it in.

Regards,
Sieghard
