I have not bought Fleksy, but what about an optional signature. Apple automatically gives a signature of "Sent from my iPhone" or iPad, etc., but we can edit that, or remove it all together. And, of course, no app should automatically give your phone number, etc. Unless, that is stated in the settings that by entering those things, it becomes part of your document.
