Hello all

We don't regularly watch this list, but this topic came to our attention.

We'd like to clarify two pieces of functionality of Fleksy:

1) The quick reply links:
When you enter your phone number and/or email addresses in the settings,
Fleksy will put a specially formatted link at the bottom of your email.
This will look like this: reply://[email protected]

This link is useful when you email other users of Fleksy. When clicking the
link from within the Mail app on iPhone, it will open Fleksy with your
e-mail prepopulated for a quicker reply. We've done this to help better
integrate the "replying" experience.

This functionality is optional - you don't have to put your contact details
and the link won't be added. It's also unbranded.

2) Removing the link on the signature / message subject
This has been brought up to us a couple of times, so we have added it in
our development list. It won't be something you will see in
the immediately upcoming update, which was more focussed on some more major
bugs, but it is something we will offer soon.

For all such feedback, please do e-mail us at [email protected] . We
really like to hear from people who have bought and are using the app, to
understand what are the main improvements they want to see. We use this
feedback to guide our own priorities in terms of development, and reply to
each and every email we get within one or two days.

Thanks again

Ioannis
from the Fleksy team.
