AT&T does not sell unlocked IPhones. However, if you have an IPhone on AT&T and 
you have completed your contract AT&T will unlock your phone. Apple does sell 
unlocked IPhones directly through the Apple store, but of course they are 
considerably more exspensive than the locked ones.
