I ran and all the tests passed, so if they passed then why isn't it
seeing the iphone? really strange.

it is pluged in, and it is charging but itunes is no longer seeing the
device.
I tried restarting the computer with no luck
how can I force itunes to see my device or at least redetect my iphone?
