Hi Rose, I've got two JB keyboards here I can't seem to find. You said "go to settings, general, keyboard, keyboards". Can you explain further? I have no keyboards button inside keyboard under Settings/General.

Have you selected the octopus keyboard in the ios settings app? If not, go to settings, general, keyboard, keyboards, and click the button to the wright of edit. Under software keyboard layouts, you should see the octopus keyboard. Select it. Then go somewhere where you can type, like the notes app. Then start typing. Your new keyboard should be working now.
