Or, you can do a single-finger swipe to the left or right to move VO's focus to another field. Because VO has been focused on this particular field whilst using a bluetooth earpiece, the focus always starts in this field for you. Just move the focus and it should remain on the new field until you change it again. This way, you will not need to always remember to turn VO on and off.
