Hi. Tap and hold on the Fleksy keyboard and slide your finger up until you pass the first row of letters and you will then be in the row of punctuation groups. It's located where you would normally expect to find numbers on a standard qwerty keyboard. Once in that row of punctuations and symbols, you can slide left or right to pick a group at which point you can then slide up or down to choose a symbol from that group. Honestly, it sounds way more complicated than it actually is. Once you try it you'll see it's quite easy and much better than the old symbols keyboard from past versions.
