Hi, as soon as you jailbreak and open Cydia, the first thing you should
do isrefresh your source list. This is so the package names can
populate. Regarding downloading purchased apps, as long as you sign in
with your facebook or Google account you used to purchase them if
purchased via Cydia, you will not be charged again.
