Feliciano I haven’t gotten around to figuring out what spotlight is all about yet though it pops up all over the place. I didn’t want to turn it on without being fully cogniscent of how it operates and what kind of information it shares or gets hold of.

That should resolve everything. Starting fresh usually resolves everything. On that page, somewhere, perhaps obscured from your finger view, will be that icon. Move your finger slowly as you look and also try flicking across the screen which may give you an idea where it is. It could be that it is in fact inside another folder. Mine was when it happened to me.
