No, SIRI will ask for confirmation unless the person is in your Favorites list
and also if you call somebody and call again in a relatively short time it will
usually not ask. Not sure what that time span is. I sort of gotten used to it,
after all, all you do is wait for SIRI to say it's thing about whether you want
to call so and so, then after the beep say Yes and it will go ahead and call.
Yes, it takes an extra 10 or 15 seconds, but as of now it is what it is. You
can always go to www.apple.com/feedback and leave a comment that you don't like
this feature.

Sieghard

Subject: Getting rid of confirmation before Siri makes a call

In iOS eight, Siri alwaysasks after I tell it to call someone, to confirm do
you want to call X? I hate that. I wanted just to call who I asked it to call,
what it used to do in ios7. Is there a way to stop this unnecessary interaction
between me and Siri which makes calling someone so much less efficient?
