Kim, sounds like what is happening with my iPhone 6. All that you mentioned I have had happen except going from bottom to top and back on its own. I contacted accessibility a while ago. They told me they were aware of all this. Wish they could stop the music playing especially. It doesn't happen every time, but it does at the most inopportune time.
