I have iTreadmill but can't figure it out. All the numbers that come up after a walk don't make any sence to me and I can't figure out if there is an eaiser way to inturput the data when done.

Guys Does anyone know if these apps work on a rowing machine? That's the only real exercise I get apart from walking to work and back and I would love to use it for that.
