Thank you. I have written to Apple support as Sieghard suggested. I have seen the ringtones listed on Itunes on the computer. I did go through and try to sync them, I'm not sure if I did something wrong because that didn't restore them. I love my Iphone and have no problem using it for the mest part, until I have to interact with Itunes! Lisa
