I have the old VIP 1,000 They have come out with several newer models sense I bought mine. I had heard that their newest models can be controled via smart phone. These talking thermostats are made spifisically for the blind. I figure, it doesn’t hurt to check their web site and if you have questions they can be reached by phone too.
