So you purchased (and therefore paired) the keyboard after updating to 8.3?

Just trying to help Accessibility here and nail this down as much as I can 
because I'm frankly just tired of the inconvenience.

    I really thought this was sorted and so was very disappointed when first I 
saw it recur once again.
