Hi Fazil, turning VoiceOver off exits the whole screen reader. Speech off just mutes the speech. For example I use VoiceOver a lot of the time with my Braille display, and when I do that, I turn speech off but leave VoiceOver on so info continues to be sent to my Focus 14 Blue.
