Headspace is great if you are new to meditation and need guidance. The first ten sessions gently introduce you to the practice, help introduce concepts, form the habbit of meditating daily etc.

If you want actual up to the second feedback on how you're doing though, as in, a way to monitor your brainwaves in real time as you sit and focus on your breath, check out the link in my signature.  Home-based biofeedback is now a reality and the app that pairs with the hardware is completely accessible.  I'm working on a thorough review for www.applevis.com about this.
