I've not seen any blue tooth bone conduction headphones, but the folks that make the AfterShokz headphones are talking about coming out with blue tooth this year. Personally, the AfterShokz headphones don't fit my head very well. They are probably a quarter to three-eighths inches shorter than would be ideal for me. But for those for whom they fit, they have gotten good reviews. The problem I see with their design is that if you have a small head, they will be too big because they are not adjustable.
