I totally agree with you that  the band should be adjustable.  I happen to
have the right size head so there is no problem there but, the fact that
they have to be correctly placed in front of your ear, there should be room
for adjustment.  Of course, if your head is a bit small, you can push the
band up higher and they stay in place quite well.

I've not seen any blue tooth bone conduction headphones, but the folks that
make the AfterShokz headphones are talking about coming out with blue tooth
this year.
Personally, the AfterShokz headphones don't fit my head very well.  They are
probably a quarter to three-eighths  inches shorter than would be ideal for
me.  But for those for whom they fit, they have gotten good reviews.
The problem I see with their design is that if you have a small head, they
will be too big because they are not adjustable.
