Yes, upgrading via iTunes is always a good option and one I often prefer as I get more feedback as to where the upgrade process is at.

In order to fix this, make sure you do a 3-finger swipe up until you get to whatever is the last page of the information, in this case the terms and conditions or whatever. Then find the Agree button again and double tap it. I believe you may also be able to do a 4-finger tap to move to the very end of the information which may land you on the Disagree button, try to swipe left once and double tap. The update showed up in the normal way, and all the agree and disagree buttons came along, but at the very last button you have to agree or disagree to, the phone will not respond to those buttons. I double tapped on both the buttons, nothing happening. We restarted the phone, closed all apps out of the app switcher, and every time the results are the same. I did not connect it to itunes on my machine, wanted to do it over the air. Any ideas as to why the phone might not want to respond to those buttons?
