hello patty just thinking out loud, because i was having some of the same problems of apps closing or more correctly crashing i wonder if you have backed up the iphone to your computer . i was deleting apps that seemed not to work any more but then i restored the iphone and 1. it put back the apps i deleted lol and now they work good luck i hope you encripted backup so it puts all your setting in also
