I am using internet explorer to access the echo site and didn't have any issues. It was a little sluggish but workable. Don't get me wrong, Amazon still needs to do a lot of work in the accessibility area.

I have a friend who has tried with Internet Explorer and Firefox using windows, and hasn't been lucky at all. I do know someone else using Windows who has had success. I did it on a Mac, and it was hit and miss, but I did finally get a few things done. I certainly wouldn't do it on a regular basis. It's unnecessarily weird. But then Amazon's website is unnecessarily complicated.
