Not going to happen, rumours may abound, but at this point pictures and all
sorts of schematics have leaked out of China, two new iPhones have been found
on various server logs, but there is no sign of a third device which could hint
at an updated 4 inch model. My guess is that this will come next year since the
5S is still going to be kept around for this year probably as a free phone on
contract with maybe the iPhone 6 becoming the $99 option. I wold venture that
the iPhone 6 Plus goes away and that the new iPhone 6S and 6S Plus (if that is
what they will be called) will slide in to fill the higher end spectrum.

Interestingly enough Apple is releasing also a new magic mouse and an updated
Apple Wireless keyboard, both of these will have Bluetooth 4.2 support, but it
would appear that the devices will only support Bluetooth 4.1 (the new sixth
generation iPod already has that).

Yes, it'll work just fine. I'd suggest you wait, though, as rumors continue to
swirl of an iPhone 6C. A budget model with the smaller screen of the 5/fS
phones, but that will have far better internals and possibly Touch ID and Apple
Pay. That would be worth waiting for, and upgrading to it would let you keep
your screen. Of course it's just a rumor for now, but we should know in a few
weeks.
