Hi Barry, If I understand this correctly you say that you purchased KNFB Reader and now when you redownloaded it you got charged a second time? May I ask whether you have actually already seen the second charge on your credit card or coming out of store credit whichever your situation is? I am just asking because sometimes when you download an app you already bought it may seem like you are paying again, but provided you are in fact using the same Apple Id this should not be so. Anyhow, if in fact you have been charged twice then I would write to [email protected] and send both of your email receipts and I am quite sure they will fix this for you.
