I'm not going to say whether you should advise people to upgrade or not. 
However, the bluetooth keyboard bug is quite significant to those it happens 
to, as it just won't speak or let you type text when you're in any sort of text 
edit field. It just freezes and VO stops talking. The only way you can resolve 
it is to turn the bluetooth keyboard off and make do with the on-screen 
keyboard. But obviously this is by no means ideal when you're trying to write 
long documents or e-mails etc. I'm sure others will have their opinions too.
