Hi Ruby, I wouldn't expect this to be fixed in the first update to iOS 9 since it made it through 5 beta versions into the Goldmaster and the public release. I haven't checked if you can downgrade, but as I said before, somebody like you who it seems relies a lot on their Bluetooth keyboard should have never upgraded in the first place until this was fixed. If Apple still signs 8.4.1 I would suggest you downgrade immediately and then follow the list to find out when this has been fixed.
I believe Richard Turner posted an article describing how you can downgrade yesterday, check the archive, I thought I had it saved, but I didn.t I recommend you use the method where you download the 8.4.1 IPSW file and then use the "Shift + Check for Updates" way to do this (if you are using a PC that is). It should be a pretty smooth experience, but of course nobody can guaranty it will go without a hitch.
