So I decided today to install IOS 9. Bad idea!!! The last thing my phone said about a half hour ago was "phone rebooting". After about 20 minutes of waiting, I tried resetting with the power and lock button for 10 seconds or so... nothing. Now what do I do? Help!!! Thanks, Jen
