there's a chance, that your iPhone is now a brick.

It can take quite some time for your phone to update.

It is best, once your phone says rebooting, is just to wait, as it can take a while to do this.

pressing buttons and generally mesing about with your handset, isn't a good idea, as this can corrupt the installation process.

So I decided today to install IOS 9.  Bad idea!!!  The last thing my
phone said about a half hour ago was "phone rebooting".  After about
20 minutes of waiting, I tried resetting with the power and lock
