Hi,

There's an app called Lightsaber, all one word, by Liang Zhang that is quite
accessible. It makes sounds, and you can play with an opponent via Bluetooth.
Buttons for selecting a Darth Vader voice, playing music, and selecting a
character to play are all accessible. Some features are not - while it's
possible to choose your own music instead of the built-in music, I couldn't
figure out a way to do this with VoiceOver, for example. However, I'm impressed
with how much of it works, and the music and sound effects are good. It's been
a long time since I bought it, but I'm quite sure it cost $2.00 or less.

Best,
Anna
