I don't think so. I remember I had to change some security settings in Gmail to get Outlook to play nice with things and actually grab my email. Do you think that was related to 2-factor authentication? I use the same password to access my Gmail on whatever computers I use—when using the web interface. I don't have to put in any kind of second password there.
