Hi alan, The only way I know to be absolutely sure all your apps are on your computer is to choose Apps in iTunes, right-click each app, and make sure it doesn't say it can't find the file. As I understand it, any app shortcut that no longer points to an app file looks different than regular apps, so a sighted person could spot check. You could also open the Mobile Apps folder and see which apps are listed there.
