Well, it looks like I may have a bigger problem than I thought. I did the fource power off and restarted the phone. It came up with voiceover on. I have a passcode, so I needed to enter that prior to the phone unlocking. Unfortunately, when I move my finger on the screen to find my digits, nothing happens. Voiceover is still dead to my gestures. So I think there maybe something more wrong with this phone then I initially thought. I just did the force power off again, and we'll see what happens. But if I can't enter my passcode, I think I'm due for a trip back to the T-Mobile store. What fun. Mary
