Hi, I am also having this problem with the latest Facebook app on mmmy iPhone 6s with iOS 9.1 When I flick to navigate, comments do not always show, but f I explore by dragging my finger, comments ill be read out. A work around may be to use Safari or your choice of browser to access Facebook. This would be a good time to make that website as a shortcut on your home screen.
