I've noticed a similar problem with an iPhone 6s and an iPad air 2.

again, it will work initially, but again, shortly after, VO and the
other sounds go silent on the second connected device.
The settings on both phones with the Plantronics iOS app are the same.
I’ve only used this headset on these two phones so it’s not like I
forgot to unpaired it from another phone or tablet.
The headset’s maybe five months old.
Is anyone else dealing with this annoying issue and were they able to
resolve it?
