Was this an issue with your cell phone carrier or your regular
Internet provider through WIFI? I recently switched to Comcast
Internet. I jumped at a deal that offered fast broadband for only $5
more than I paid for a UNIX shell at a neighborhood dial-up Internet
provider in 1994. On a recent Sunday night, the advertised download
speed of 25 MBPS was not happening. Instead, the speed test showed
only 8 MBPS. I guess everyone was watching Net Flicks and YouTube.
My partner spends more time watching YouTube videos on an iPad than I
spend torrenting.
