Ha I got it, I wasn't adding it to the automatically add to iTunes library correctly. I thought I had to actually open iTunes and do it that way but it doesn't work that way, I found out that I had to go into windows explorer and then find the iTunes automatically add to the library and copy and paste that way. Thanks for all the help. Operator ignorance.
