Sieghard, thanks for the detailed response. I'm seriously thinking of upgrading 
to iOS now. For my job, it's important for me to be able to answer calls 
quickly. I have two last questions. How does 9.2 run on a 4S? And how do the 
Siri voices for VO do on a 4S?

I need to reread the thread on getting apps onto the computer in iOS 9.
