If you have the on-screen keyboard and can type the email address, why not look for that "Forward" button and double tap on it which should also advance you to the password field. Not sure why this isn't working for you since it gives me no trouble here.

I used to have no problems with the Audible app until the version prior to this newest release. That one stopped working - wouldn't download - so I deleted and re-installed the app. I can get as far as typing in my email address. Then if I swipe right, or just slide my finger down, VoiceOver says "Password, secure, double-tap to edit." When I double-tap, the phone makes a couple of short sounds I don't know how to describe. The editfield does not open, and the keyboard disappears. I can see the "Continue button, the "forgot password link, conditions of use, and the "Need help? Contact Customer Support" button. I contacted Customer support yesterday, both by phone and email. The representative I spoke with had me go through troubleshooting steps I had already done: removing and re-installing the app and powering the phone off and back on, all to no avail. I'm supposed to get a call back from someone in their "back office team" today. We'll see.
